Day 27, Facebook is really just a distant memory. It really makes me sad though how many 'friends' just disappeared. Makes me feel like I need to go out and create new friendships. Not great at meeting people sometimes. I'm probably not great at keeping friendships either. Victoria had another emo segment. I apologize.
Got my official scuba certification card in the mail. I can totally go diving now, shweeet. My cool level just jumped up 10 points.
Here is an idea of how
my day went...
I'm an Odobenidae!
That's scientific talk for Walrus! Notice the wonderful hair styling and the choice in clothing. Only the most fashionable wish they could be me. I liked the picture on the right better, because I like looking special. Remember, most of you reading this ARE actually friends and/or related to me. I bet you are so proud. See Mom & Dad, your money for furthering my education is being put to good use. It might not be the way you thought, but I learned something!
Well If I'm not adorable enough for you here is something. SPOTTED SKUNKY!
Day 26. I want followers. So YOU! *yes YOU!* Follow me...make me feel special. It's just a little button! Just click it, you know you want to. Everyone does it. It's just above and says follow or to the right! Obviously people are reading this but I want proof dammit*! Peer Pressure. The first person to follow me will get a super awesome shout out in my bloggity blog. And I mean SUPER AWESOME! *Brandon and Allison are obvious because they are the only people I know out of the country*
Yesterday we had a power outage that lasted 4 hours. Interrupted Crocodile Dundee! Since the power was out it made a few things rather difficult: Going to the bathroom in complete darkness and finding something to do. We did make a 'someone is coming' bathroom call, CA CA! CA CA! Too much information? Maybe. Basically we sat around for a while and played the stupid game Phase Ten. I hate it! HATE HATE HATE! I lost, of course and I threw a fit. I'm really mature. For dinner we walked over to Erica's apartment to heat up our chili. While we were waiting we watched Space Jam! YEAAAH! I remember watching that movie with my dad in theaters! Memories! I decided that next Halloween, I'm going to be a member of the Tune Squad. Don't steal my ideas people, unless you want to be a member of the Tune Squad with me.
I cannot wait for this term to be over. I really wish I could do something for Spring Break, but I will be house sitting. Woot. Nothing says I'm a college student on spring break look at me drinking milk, eating brownies and watching cats drinking my booze! I'm so bad ass. But how nice would it be to sip a beer on a beach*... SOOOO nice. I had an opportunity to fly to Miami for an internship interview, but it didn't work out. I don't really want to go to Miami anyways. That's where Dexter lives. Kinda creepy if you ask me.
*the warm beaches of Mexico or Hawaii. NOT the crappy, freezing unbearable Oregon Coast.*
Day Twenty-Five. Monday. Why do you insist on getting here so quick. Honestly. No one wants you at this party....Poor Monday, everyone hates it.
This is sometimes me in a nutshell...
Recently not so much but, occasionally. I finally can identify with a super hero! How would I save the world using anxiety? I feel like I would just turn into Paranoia Girl.
I have not seen Skateboarding Cowboy John Lennon for a while now. I hope to snap a picture of him prior to the end of the term in fear that he will never be seen again. I have witnesses who know of his existence, but a picture of that would be the ultimate proof. However if I ever did get a picture, there would be a handful of people who though I just put a picture of the actual John Lennon.
I would like to welcome new reader- Allison. Allison is my old roommate who is currently in France doing French things. Everyone say Bonjour to Allison! *Bonjour! Bonjour! Bonjour!Bonjour! Bonjour! Bonjour!* Look everyone loves you! You have been accepted! One of us! Don't forget, you are required to read in it a onezie. Your Identification will be AA3722319732. Please use your identification number for all legal documents. (everyone else ignore this number it is for Allison's eyes only!)
I want it. Now. Look at the adorable for today!
Personally I believe this Zebra is way cuter than the Donkey.
Day 24. I wanted this first sentence to rhyme. The first one I came up with was Day 24, what a whore. I think I could do better than that.
First of all, thank you mommy. I had lots-o-fun with you this weekend. I love you and I love your money. I kid, I kid! I had a great time with you. Sorry I got a little cranky this morning. I needed a nap.
Lets see, Sunday is usually a super slooww-motion kind of day. But I will try to spice it up for you. First of all you may dance to this song. It's in the 21 Jump Street trailer and when I hear it I want to dance like crazy. Note: this song is not for everyone, you can say you don't like it. But secretly you will tap your foot and get the urge to break it down!
I've got nothing else, except for the adorable of today!
na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na
Day 23, my how time flies. I like being facebook free.
I actually cleaned my room. And vacuumed. Please oooohh and aaaahhhh. Picture will come later when there isn't a bed in the middle of my floor.
So today my Mumzies and I went pottery painting! And we got pedicures! I feel so pampered! Happy Happy JOY JOY I will show you the pottery when I get it back on Wednesday! It's purdy! Also went and saw the always sexy George Clooney in 'The Descendants' it was sooo good. I cried. I tried not to but I totally cried. Totally. Shit, I'm like, Valley Girl now.
The following conversation took place at 9:28pm:
Mom- The highlight of my day is reading your blog
Me- I hope the highlight of your day was actually spending time with me, instead of reading about my life.
A scientific study shows that my mom would rather read about me on my blog than spend quality time together. My mom is demanding that I post a blog for her to read. Such an impatient person! Gosh, you can't force BRILLIANCE! Duh. Some parents try pushing their children to greatness but all they get is a drugged up crazy. Be careful mother. Even though I am not a druggy, I do know where to acquire them*. *My neighbor is a drug dealer, not joking...I think he only deals the light stuff like MaryJewWanna*
LOOK! It's a Zonkey!
Technically it's called a Zebroid. Which sounds more like an alien.
Day Twenty-Two, this is how old I am...in years, not days. Because you all totally thought I was a 22 day old genius, I feel like this just got weird.
Still checking my email like a dumb fool. I should accept my fate. I know none of you know what I am talking about, but with time and patience all should be revealed my dear friends who creep on my life.
I am in such a singing mood today, maybe I'll sing to you. NO! I'll serenade you! I think a Disney song will be appropriate. I'll take requests not promising anything though. Now I can see my Aunt Linda asking me to sing the 'Kyle's Mom is a Bitch' from the Oscar nominated film South Park: Bigger Longer & Uncut. Yes is was Oscar nominated. Do any of you remember what the creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone wore to the Oscars? They stole red carpet their looks from JLO and Gwenyth Paltrow.
Operation Cowboy Beetle went a little higher on the creeper level today. I got out of class early to go search for him on the floor he normally sits on, and I was unable to find him. SAAAD! I will still try my hardest to expose him to the internet world...That sounds rather, creepy.
Some good news, my mom is coming to visit me this weekend. YAY! Pottery Painting!
Day 21, I almost made it through my first month...sort of. Technically I started 10 days into the month, but I made it through the rest of the month! Facebook is just a distant memory that people seem to really be into.
Facebook was my everything, my best friend. Now time has past and we are no longer as close. I see Facebook every now and then, but it's awkward. However we both appreciate what we had and we will always remember those special moments!
I would like to share this video because it really made me giggle.
Like really made me giggle. It seems to be a foreign meme.
Superman-ing is a billion times cooler than planking.
Recently I feel like I've been using the blog to whine and complain about my life. Which is NOT what I want to do at all. Raise your hand if you want to read a blog about girl problems... I think I see one in the back...no, just stretching? Ok, that makes zero. I'll try to stick to a more enjoyable reading experience. I would encourage all of you to stop reading and go find someone to superman in a car with...that sounds dirty.
I'm a sick bastard some times. Do any of you ever 'torture' yourselves? STOP, you are getting the wrong idea. Whose the sick bastard now? I'm talking about how you check for your grade online every 5 minutes, putting yourself through way more stress than you should. I've been checking my email every 2 minutes and I need to stop! Its like an addictive thing, waiting for a friend to arrive- check time every 30 seconds. I'm probably not going to get what I am waiting for in my inbox, so why should I torture myself?! I totally checked my email three times while writing this paragraph. Go me.
I'm a little disappointed when I found this picture,
I should of known that it had been photo shopped.
Oh well still adorable! At least I know the adorable truth.
